The 30 days of fermentation were finally up and the taste testing began. Mr B, two friends and I were up the challenge of trying out for the four different recipes, honestly I thought they would all taste very similar but I was very wrong. One version was completely scraped but now there are three options all with tweaks needed. So round two of testing begins.. I’ve decided it to call it Chemistry Limoncello and work on a logo/bottle concepts has begun. Here are some of my inspiration pics.
