The experimenting begins! Mr B and I are attempting to create the perfect Limoncello and have kicked it off with some recipe testing this weekend. Only issue is they need to ferment for 30 days before the taste test and its only day one, this is going to be an arduous task but definitely worth. By summer we should have experimented, tested and tested again then be ready to brew a glorious batch of Chemistry Limoncello perfect with after dinner sipper.
